i don't know. please be careful. different oil used for air vs water cooled engines. if info not on engine near fuel filler, details should be in owner's manual or from boat engine retailer. also, new vs used motors may use different ratios.

According to the manual, the gasoline to oil ratio for the Power Mac 320 depends on the lubricating oil. McCullough 40:1 Two-Cycle Custom Lubricant is recommended. However, any good SAE 40 two-cycle oil should be used at a 20:1 ratio. See page 7 of the owner's manual. There are no points. It uses an integrated electronic controlled magneto.

No there are no points. It has an "ignition module" which is a fancy name for a magneto with integrated electronics that eliminates the need for points. You have "spark" so likely its a fuel (carburetor) issue or has developed a crankcase leak. If you suspect spark is not at proper time, that would be a stripped flywheel key.
