Dear Arland, Here are a few common answers. 1) Be certain the clothes from the washer are already "half dry". If the washer is not extracting enough water like it used to, it may be the problem. (For example: A loose or slipping drive belt). 2) Your dryer vent may be clogged with lint. Check the total run of the exhausted air ( From the machine to the outside air) Any blockage can slow, or nearly stop, the drying process. 3) Check the inside of the machine. Newer machines often clog up inside where you cannot see the problem. You must completely dismantle the machine to clean it. God bless your efforts.

Try not putting to many clothes in at once and see if that makes a difference .

The thermostat is jammed-located behind the rear central panel,
Remove the 4 screws and prise of panel to reveal the thermostatic switch which is held in by one screw and the heat element that is held in by metal tabs. Both these items have 2 wires attached. Unscrew thermostat and chuck it on the floor a few times to juggle and reset. Really. Replace and enjoy the heat back !
