Screen Brightness

windows 8 to 10 have the brightness control in the action center or power settings or look in the charms bar if your using windows 8 or 8.1 (note: if brightness doesnt change it maybe due to the OS not knowing how to change the brightness let me know if that ends up being the case)

No PC stated, no OS stated, (is this XP>) i bet it wont scroll in PC paint. the wireless mouse bad is its battery bad, read the manual>?yet? it tells you how to replace the short lived batteries we have posted this answer here 100s of times. wireless mouse act up, batteries first. is the 1st reason the 2nd reason is the HP drivers for the mouse are wrong. the 3rd reason on laptops is you forgot to turn off the mouse pad on the said laptop (control panel, mouse,+ mouse pad off)

I have a wireless hp

NO PC stated, (wow1)NO OS stated (XP , VISTA , what?) Never post lacking this KEY FACTS. or you force the helper to GUESS.! (wrong)wireless has many problems in this domain. (wireless most)(BLUTOOTH ORE OTHER WISE)as do matching drivers to the mouse on unstated PC.why post lacking what you own there, in total>?EG: PC HP DV7-1234US, RUNNING XP 32BIT, SP3 LOADEDINTERNET WORKS ! NOW. OR WHAT?this mouse has HP support on XP./VISTA and windows. 32 or 64bitthat is in fact 6 drivers total and NO MORE.so go there get them (1 of 6) and load it?get it while not delete, as it surely will be SOON.https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-wireless-eco-comfort-mobile-mouse/3840767/model/3840433the mouse can be bad. too. (clean it? yet)or the USB port dead.so try all usb ports see if the driver loads.try mouse on other PC. W7 bet the best PC to get it workingas W7 has full support end to end, not older OS of any kind.if using XP or VISTA the Microsoft servers are shut down now for drivers, (not updates ,old) but they are killing online PnP support.last month i tested this and 1/2 are gone, (roughly and MS told me so) lets say you run W7so try all usb portsthen make sure you are internet connected, or PnP will be DEADand the poor thing cant load unknown drivers lacking an internet connection (unless i teach you how to force load them and will not now)If the mouse fails on W7 machine, with usb ports workingthe MOUSE is END OF LIFE.buy a new one for $5 off fleabay,? splurge?IF RUNNING XP (WHY) MAKE SURE SERVICE PACK 3 IS LOADEDOR ITS ALL JUST BAD TO THE BONE, END TO END.

New mouse does not work.

Anytime you install new hardware, make sure you restart your machine. If it still doesn't work after a restart, you may need to search the Brand and model number on Google for drivers. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/william_ecd28f5eabcb9eb6

The left click doesn't work every time I push it down.

Sounds like the left switch has already gone bad. If it isn't a year old, it should be under warranty. Take it back (along with the receipt) to where you purchased it and ask for a replacement.

I have a samsung np-nf110/nf210/nf310

we dont do Samsung here, its HP but HP mouse with no model stated, is impossible to be accentuate. its a wireless mouse right, you left only small hint. battery powered wireless mouse ,.by HP windows 7 wireless mouse, HP and Samsung. that takes 2 working drivers to make that work. both HP the USB side and the mouse side. HP does not support this on non HP computers so windows 7 is the only hope, MICROSOFT PLUG AN PLAY you must be connected to the internet or its all just a wasted of time, do so. then plug both those things in. the PC goes Dingdog sound telling you its found a new USB device.called wireless mouse HP, (no model stated) then tries to find a driver on the web, MS servers for that. if it can find one, then good luck, doing that. as the HP drivers will not like your PC as here, if this is possible at all. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/

Hi, My problem is I

I'm sorry for your frustrations, yes, computers can do that. Im not HP, just some retired dude... First>.? batteries good in this new mouse? put in top brand batteries. some that come with a mouse are (bottom barrel cheap batteries or are really old and bad from long time on a shelf) then make sure the DEVICE manager shows the mouse as present. steps, (generic) (your mousemaker.com will have better advice) 1: be connected to the internet is first, (after good batteries) 2: then plug in the mouse & USB dongal, 3: here w7 DINGDONG! sound, and then see it try to do PnP windows, will attempt to find the correct driver for it on the internet. and if lucky, ( what mouse did you buy?) the W7 finds it and loads this special driver, be aware there are vast makers of mice. on mine took like 5min to load a BluTooth driver too, IF this fails. go to CP, control panel then click device manager. then see all devices on your system. look for bad devices or missing. red. or yellow is missing <marks there. so. see this, if you see ANY errors here, fix them all first. right click any and then pick "update driver software" make sure no USB errors either. this mouse may take 3 working drivers to work (usb-bluetooth-mouse)!! non trivial that... mouse-jp1ubqo3j1kmelkhu15mp2bt-1-0.jpg also if the NEW mouse came with? a CD for drivers? ,use that.
