Missing 1/3 of the display
This could be a failure in the screen panel or the matrix driver on the circuit board driving the screen. On rare occasions it could be a bad ribbon connect or cable that feeds the screen. This is not normally something you can fix yourself. You would need the proper service setup and spare parts to try.
Considering if the monitor is out of warranty and is aged it's best to get a new one.

When you cannot increase the screen resolution nor a higher color bit, this usually means the video driver has defaulted to standard VGA driver and 8 or 16 bit color.
Install or re-install the latest video driver for your model video card.
When the correct video driver is installed you will be able to change the screen resolution and 32 color bit.

Hi this is the way how to
examine what's wrong with your LCD monitors. After you turned it on, you have to check that if you can see the image on the
screen or not by shining a flashlight into the screen, not directly but find
the best angle to the screen and take a look very closely. If you can see the
icons or any image, there will be a minor problem. This is because of the lamps
inside screen. Some of them were broken and it is very easy to replace. If you
cannot see anything on the screen, there'll be some problems with inverter
board. If you have soldering tool
and want to fix it by yourself, check the caps first. It may cause this
problem. Some caps might show leaking or burning spot on the board because of too
high temp. If you don't have soldering tool, you better go get a technician to
do so.
Hope this help!! If anything I
can help you with, feel free to let me know.
Thank you,

Hello again T-Bear,
First off before we try the hard way lets try the easy way:
-Hold the Crtl and Alt keys down.
-While continuing to hold them down press the Up arrow key once.
If that doesn?t work
-Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel
-Find the System Icon and double left click on it.
-Click on the Hardware tab.
-Click on the Device Manager button.
-In the Device Manager box that appears find the icon labeled Display adapters and click on the + symbol to the left of it.
-Below that you will find at least one object, highlight it by left clicking on it once then right click on it and select properties.
-Click on the General tab and the top line will tell you the name of the card and in parentheses, the name of the driver manufacturer. I need this info.
Let us know how it goes and please don?t forget to rate this post.
Settings
Typically its a function of your video card driver. If you look in the system tray (lower right hand part of screen you'll see several icons, one of which represents your video card drivers adjustments. However over each of them one at a time and a label will appear. When you find the video card right click on the icon and you should see a selection about rotation or screen orientation.
If you can't find it let us know what video card you have installed and we'll try to help.
Items in picture are not all there
Hi...there,
Well, right click on your mouse and select properties. Next click on settings and on your left hands side you will see a screen resolution. Move the bar to your right to your desired settings. Caution: To see the whole pages your types will be much smaller than your previous...settings. Have fun!

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
