Problems uploading videos
Suggest you pull the memory card from the camera and read it directly on your computer. You can get a USB reader for whatever card format the camera uses.
Sony DCR-TRV460 not playing back, blue screen
Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if a blue screen is displayed when attempting to playback video from the camcorder.
- Stop the tape.
- Ensure the tape has been rewound to the beginning of the video recording.
- Play the tape.
- If the issue is not resolved, stop the tape and remove it from the camcorder.
- Clean the video heads of the camcorder using a dry head cleaning cassette.IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions for use provided with the head cleaning cassette. It may be necessary to use the head cleaning cassette more than once per session.
- Reinsert the tape into the camcorder.
- Play the tape.
- If the issue is not resolved, stop the tape and remove it from the camcorder.
- Insert a different tape with video footage into the camcorder.
- Ensure the tape has been rewound to the beginning of the video recording.
- Play the tape.
NOTES:
- If a blue screen is still displayed, then the camcorder may require service .
- If the tape plays back correctly, then the first tape may be faulty or there is a problem with the video recording.

Error message C32:11 Sony Digital Handycam
Error 32:11 means, unloading mechanism time out. It is bit technical term.
its remedy is to remove battery / charger from camera and attache again and try to eject tape.

You need to install Picture Package software CD came with camera. Connect camera with PC in USB port, Win XP will recognize it and install required drivers automaticaly.

This is usually caused by an oxidized, misaligned or defective Audio/Video drum. You can try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.

Playback problems started suddenly
I had the same problem. I fixed it by gently dropping the camcorder on the carpeted floor. I know it sounds silly, but it really works. I've had to do it twice, and it worked both times. I hope it works for you.
