Panasonic PV-GS19 Mini DV Digital Camcorder Questions & Answers
Can't upload video on PC
the computer might not automatically upload the file. it will detect the hardware, but not necessarily start uploading. if you have xp, try going into movie maker which is in your program list in the start menu. on the left hand side there is a few blue sentences, one is import video, another is import video from device. if you have your camera connected to the computer through firewire and have your camera on the vcr/playback mode, open movie maker and click import video from device, the computer will have already detected your camera, so the first option your given in the next screen should have the make and model of your camera to upload from.

When i try to wath
Hi,
Hi,this problem(press reset switch)is associated with a mechanism error.Most likely mechanical.
Sensors on mechanism itself or a cylinder error.Replacement of mech(most likely) or cylinder(drum assembly) will be necessary to resume normal operation on this model.Replacement part cost on either is approx. $140.00 plus labor and alignment. Most any reputable service facility is able to repair, however this may not be cost effective.Total repair cost will be around $250.00,new purchase of mini DV camcorder may be a better choice.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
