My i265 goes straight to voicemail and doeasn't
Per the Sprint support site at http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=2&iq_action=5&answer_id=33554455&highlight_info=6293864,0,6&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.sprint.com%2Fsupport%2Farticle%2FSet_the_number_of_rings_for_voicemail%2Fcase-ev207663-20090626-084943#__highlight&id16=voice+mail :
"A call will roll to your voicemail if unanswered after 23 seconds.
This setting can't be changed. However, on your Sprint phone, you can change your ring tone to one that reduces or increases the number of rings you hear before an incoming call rolls to voicemail.
For details about setting up and changing your ring tones, refer to the user guide for your phone."
If this is not the problem with your phone I suggest you call their support line:
Call *2 from your cellular phone or 888-211-4727 (Sprint phones) or 800-639-6111 (Nextel phones)
They may ask you to perform troubleshooting tasks, so it would be best to call from a phone other than the one you need help with.

My i265 won't turn on. It was acting weird and
It's probably the battery. Batteries usually last 4-5 years before they completely die, and this phone model is 6 years old. Since this is an older phone model, the battery might be hard to find in a store (such as batteries plus) for a quick solution, but if you can, it should be pretty cheap. I'd say $15-25. If you can't find it in a store, they are about $6 including shipping online...but honestly, I would just upgrade to a new phone. You can get a simple phone usually for free, and it's a much faster and easier solution.

Can't delete messages
Ok I just figured it out by process of elimination, between Create and Back you will see a little paper icon, click that icon on your phone...It will say "setup".... click "OK" Down to where it says "Cleanup"....Hit OK....And from there you can choose your appropriate settings :)
Yay !

Using nextel sim in boost headset
If the network provider is the same it may be possible but that is a question I would ask the sales people in store. In some cases the phone may be sim locked as well as network locked and this would mean that it will only work with the sim provided in the package. Providers will normally unlock the phone for a fee or after you have spent x amount on there network. again check this with the sales person b4 you make your purchase.

Airplane Mode..
Here is the link to the user manual;
http://www.nextel.com/assets/pdfs/en/support/guides/phones/i265/ug.pdf
Check page 119 of the manual (129 of the pdf)says:
"Sometimes you may want to have your phone on,but turn off its ability to make and receive calls, such as when you are on an airplane.
To set your phone so that it cannot make or receive phone calls, Direct Connect calls, Group Connect calls, Talkgroup Calls; or transfer data:
1 From the main menu, select Settings >
Advanced > Airplane Mode.
2 Set this option to On.
This icon U appears.
Note: Pressing p for more than 5 seconds also
turns on Airplane mode.
To restore your phone?s ability to do all these
things:
Set this option to Off."
Hope this helps :)
