To turn of the key pad noise, Go to MENU< SETTING< TONE SETTING< KEYPAD TONE.
When you get to key pad tone, you turn it off.

To restore your mobile to factory settings, Type from your keypad #*7337# or try this to hard restore *2767*3855# or *2767*2878#

It will ask you to confirm, Press OK & if ask phone code then Default phone lock code for Samsung if it didn't changed before then it is 00000000 (eight zero's)

Note: Remember one things hard restore will deletes all your messages, all contacts, photos, notes etc in the phone memory.Your phone is like a new phone. So better is first save all your data and then restore it

Check settings for the SIM card. Sometimes data is stored on the SIM card rather than the memory card.
You can also change that setting to store data on the memory card before the SIM card.

Look on the Samsung website and select the model. There should be user guides as to how you would retrieve media from it.

Well recently all the latest new phones have an additional accesory for there media which you have to pay extra for see i bought the media kit for my choclate and it comes with a disk whihc you must install or you can try finding the software on the internet which could be illegal i highly suggest you check with your local retailer first by dialing coustomer support

1. Please do not be concerned, removing the battery will only wipe out whatever has NOT been saved so your phone directory is safe

2. Once you remove the battery, wait a minute before reinstalling it

3. charge your unit before turning it back on, preferrably 2 hours time with phone shut off.

4. Turn your phone back on and if you continue to receive just a white screen I will continue to troubleshoot your problem with an expert solution

Touch screen issues.

The reason your phones touch screen is not working is simply because there is a problem with the flexi of the phone.

If the screen is not damaged in any way, then the assumption of it being the screen is absolutely correct.

To fix the flexi of the phone;

1. Get the appropriate screwdriver,
2. remove the battery, the battery cover, and your sim,
3. Turn the back of the phone,
4. you will see five rubbers,
5. pick them off with a pincher,you will see screws under them, unscrew the phone,
6. Get a credit card and slip it through the line around the phone then apply a little force in separating them apart,
7. you will see the panel of the phone, carefully lift it up,
8. you will see a flexi that runs through the screen to the panel, carefully detach the flexi from the panel,
9. unscrew the screen of the phone, remove the flexi connected to the screen also and replace it.
10. Reverse the process to reassemble the phone.
