This in not achievable on the printer itself. You would need to contact your telephone company. Continuous calls can be considered harassment and most companies have a system in place to deal with this.
The other option is to call the number and ask them to stop calling your number as you would rather not hear from them.

I need information why MFC J265W wont print or copy.
During a print head cleaning, the printer moves ink through the print heads. This ink has to go someplace, and that's to the "ink absorber". Now, this absorber is full and needs to be replaced or the printer could overflow onto your table and make a mess.
The part may be user-replacable, or require a service visit, I don't know.
