How to change laser printhead
Laser printers do not use a printhead. When the toner runs out you need to get a new toner cartridge which includes the print drum. You lift up the cover to reveal the toner cartridge, grab the cartridge and pull it out towards the front of the printer.Reverse this procedure to insert the new toner cartridge.

How to start up your wireless network
To be able to set up wireless printer configuration, there are three basic items that you need to have. They are a high-speed broadband Internet connection (with modem), a high speed wireless router and wireless network adaptors. These three items will be used in setting up the wireless printer. Assuming that there is already an existing network in the home or office space, then all that is needed to do to make the printer available in the network through the operating system's networking wizard. If not, then the network must first be established, only then the printer will be made available through that network.

My brother MFC7840w will not send faxes.
There are two jacks side-by-side. Be sure the phone line is plugged into the one marked LINE, not the EXT. jack, which is for extension phones or answering machines. OK, it's not that. Don't be mad - we had to check.
Most of the telephone circuitry is on the Main Board, but first the line is fed though a Network Control Unit, part number LG5857001. That NCU board is fairly cheap, but you don't know whether it's the problem until you replace it. NCU Board problems are often visible with a good magnifier: broken solder joints & stuff. Problems on the Main Board (part no. LT0226001) are more common and more expensive - maybe more expensive than replacing the machine.
Brother has a one-year warranty on these. If it's just past that, you might still be able to talk them into sending a Work Order to your nearest Brother servicer to do it free.

Auto feeder not working. Paper feeds in top okay,
If there is not something jammed in the paper path, like a paper clip or staple, check the left rear hinge for the scanner, when it breaks it holds the rear side up and paper jams...

What does it mean when it says Drum near end
It means the drum has nearly reached the end of it's useful life, just a warning before it says it is all used up. If quality is still good you can open the front door and press the menu or options key and tell it it's a new drum and keep printing until the print quality fades.

Replace fuser message
Sounds like you will need to purchase a new fuser for your Laser printer, have you tried to take the fuser out and place it back into the machine to see if it would reset or still function with the laser?
If it doesn't work, then you will have to replace the fuser, can you send me the brand and model and or part number from the old fuser and I can look it up for you.
