I plugged my Reddy Heater in, pushed the button, it fired, pushed heat and then after maybe 15-20 seconds, it shut down. If I push the button it will again fire and push heat and then shut down after 15-20 seconds. What do I need to do?
check your cad cell. replace this. it is not detecting a flame. replacing the cad cell will fix your problem. when it shuts down it goes into lockout.

When you plug in my heater in it will begin to glow red on the inside for about 3 sec. then it will shut off. The blower does kick in right away as soon as you plug the heater in. Then the whole heater turns off. If I unplug and then replug it will do the same thing. I would really like to fix this heater. Please help anyone!!
Thanks!!
Since you did not state anything about the presence of a flame, it sounds as if there is a fuel delivery problem. The Photocell is shutting the heater down because it does not see a flame.

Kerosene Reddy Heater, fan comes on, but it won't ignite, it just blows kerosene out the front. There is no electricity getting to the plug. Please reply soon, I need it tomorrow!! Thanks
Your description does not leave much to go on, because you don’t state the model heater that you have. You see, there are 2 different technologies that come into play on portable kerosene heaters. First there is the older version spark plug type heater, and, second there is the newer computerized type with Hot Surface Ignitor (HSI) technology.
Since you state "There is no electricity getting to the plug", the KEYWORD here is PLUG. I am going to assume that you have a spark plug type heater. NOTICE: if your heater has HSI technology- disregard this post because it will not apply.
Causes for "no electricity to the plug":
I am including a link to some troubleshooting tips for spark plug type heaters. These heaters are relatively simple, but, be careful. Stay away from the fan and take precautions from the obvious shock hazards. Troubleshoot each of the above until you find the problem.
Good luck!

I had the same problem. I took the nozzle head off and blew through it with air. I also blew through the air line, this is the one that goes to motor. It has worked fine ever since.

Heater will run for only a few minutes and then completely shut down.
The above fix is NOT for a Life Smart LC-500-1PC.. this is Life Smart LC-500-1PC. http://lifesmartproducts.com/current-products/infrared-heaters/52-2011-products/332-ls-500-1pc.html
Sounds like the thermostat is out. Order one, and hope it comes with a repair manual!
