When you say you cleaned out brush's are you talking about the build up between the bristles? I've found that I have to take the roller completely off and use fine needle nose tweezers to actually get all the stray hairs and caked on dirt as it hides close to the inside of the brush rollers. It's a bit more work to do this but I think you might benefit from this extra step! Good Luck!!!
