NO PC stated, nor OS stated. at all , just a screen your original post is gone. due to anon posting, cant be linked unless you find it and comment to it. the problem is 2 fold not 1 your video card never broke BIOS screen. ever. the F11 is dead because you no longer run the PC with with its original OS , you must have upgraded it to newer OS then put in a newer GPU card, and then failed to install a matching driver to that car and unstated OS. yes, that will fail. the cards come with instructions on now to do all this. removing old driver first then installing 2nd is the play out.

The monitor driver only tells the video card which video resolutions are supported by the monitor. The video card is probably set to the wrong resolution. You can boot into safe mode, set the screen resolution to one the monitor supports, and you should be good to go. You don't actually "need" a monitor driver.

Monitor drivers are built into windows OS, you can't uninstall the driver unless you went to devise MGR, monitor, and opened proprieties and hit uninstall, and even then when you restart windows, it will auto reinstall the hardware. So what you're saying does not make sense.If you reboot and noting, try a system restore, if you have a windows disk, then run repair. But like I said, you don't install monitor drivers, DVD rom drivers, these are generic drivers that are made into windows. If you think a monitor has a driver that needs installing, explain how people install windows if they couldn't see the monitor.Only onboard video and graph cards need drivers to run the video at its intended resolution, but it does not need a driver for the monitor, it's built into windows.
