If it's your cable box DVR, you need to call your cable provider to reset your cable box.

Hi,
The phone line is used to for pay per view and the like.
The software updates and 14 day epg are downloaded via satellite. So whether you need the phone line or not depends on how you want to use the system.

No,these boxes are programing by each one and for indiviual used,u can't not mix them up and reprogamed the boxes signals together for one used.

i don't think they sell stuff on this website, but if you are looking for a good deal go by some of your local satellite dealers and ask if they have any used dishes they would sell cheap. the thing to do is to go to a place that sells dishnetwork ( or direct if you need a dishnetwork dish) because many times when an installer goes out to install a system there is already a dish from the other network there. often the customer doesn't want the old dish anyway and we end up taking home the old dish. personally, i just give an old one to anybody that needs one.

its prety old m sorry havnt seen one of those in a while. You can contact directv and have them send you a new one at no charge i believe but i may be wrong. We keep the new directv remotes in stock here at our shop they are the rc64 never had an issue with them pretty good good remotes.

From time to time DIRECTV may send you messages about updates to your service and other important notices. These messages are important, useful, and easy to find. When your DIRECTV® DVR receives a new message, a message icon ( ) appears on the channel banner and in DIRECTV Central.

To read a message:
1. From DIRECTV Central, select Messages & Setup.
2. Select Messages.
3. Select the message you want to read.

Use the CHAN DOWN button to see text that does not fit on the screen. When you are finished reading a message, select Done or Delete Message. Selecting the message icon in the channel banner will take you to your list of messages. The message list will display “No Messages” if there are no messages to read.

It's possible that it's not actually froze, but is just taking a REALLLLLY long time to load all those messages (300?!?!? WHOAH!!!). Try accessing it before you go to bed and let it hang overnight. In the morning it will either let you access them or still be froze, in which case there's a bigger issue at hand.

You can try few default code like 1111,1234,0000

Ask the person who set it for the code.

Ask the Hotel Staff as they are set like that.

Please understand that you are talking to regular people who offer advice, not to the company that made your system. Contact the seller of your dish system directly for their return policy and send it back. You are not likely to be able to have a system with absolutely no noise, especially if it has a PVR function, which requires a hard drive (which makes a noise as it spins and accesses)

Pandora no longer permits you to have it open on two devices, unless you purchase a family account or a second account.
