It may be hard to turn by hand but does it turn when the machine is turned on? If so it is OK even if you can't turn it by hand

Use the fruit bread cycle and remove your bread after it is done mixing it in since there is a beep on that cycle. You can let it rise on the counter then.

It sounds like everything is OK...machines knead a while,,,,rest a long time....knead a little rest along time etc......that resting allows the dough to rise....

try using 1 tablespoon less liquid on your next loaf. If it still collapses on the next one use 2 tablespoons less liquid. One of those should work.

you leave the kneeding blade inside , i now its a pain but thats how it is when youve baked your bread you turn the tin upside down and tap the loaf out but theres a hole where the needer has been ,,i have looked at every bread machine on the market and there all the same.....

Hi, The black spots are the lubrication oil that is leaking from the sealed bearing. There is no kit to fix this, You will need a new bread pan. Check out ebay or Amazon. Hopefully you will find one at a reasonable cost. Hank

Call the company - listed in your manual. Paddles are cheap and I always order an extra one. Have your model number ready. Also, if it is an Oster machine, Sunbeam is a subsidiary of Oster.

Put this number (310145056299) into an ebay search and it will pull them up. Suggest getting more than 1 for a back up.

Put this number (390103032827) into an ebay search and it will pull it up for you. They are New paddles too.
