HiWhat country are you in and how old is the Quinny Zapp?

HiWe do not produce a buggy board and we do not advise that non-Quinny accessories are used with the product.We would not advise the use of a buggy board to a Quinny Zapp Xtra as it is a very lightweight unit and the use of a buggy board would change the centre of gravity, making it more likely to tip. HiQuinny would not advise the spray painting of the chassis.Due to the way the chassis folds down, spray painting it may cause fold and unfold problems.It would invalidate any remaining warranty on the product.

HiThe Quinny Zapp Xtra sun canopy is part of the seat fabric so it cannot be removed to be fitted as a seperate item onto the standard Quinny Zapp.

HiYes the Quinny Zapp Xtra seat unit can be purchased as an accessory from your local Quinny retailer and fitted to a standard Zapp chassis. You will need to remove the standard Zapp fabric from the chassis.

HiNo the adaptors for the Quinny Zapp are different to the ones for the Quinny Speedi.

the best thing would be to get the zapp xtra and buy some carrycot adapters you will then have a safe flat and snug travel system,

if ur wanting to take seat attachment off u need to fold down and pull from the middle this is very hard to do but thats how to take it off!

The chassis needs to be sent to the engineers for inspection/repair work required as this button sticking will mean the Zapp chassis is not locked into position and may collapse during use. If it is under 2 years old return it to your retailer with proof of purchase for them to send it to the engineers under terms and conditions of the warranty. If it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase contact 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book in for chargeable inspection/repair work required. Standard charge is 72GBP and will include courier collection and delivery.

If you have ordered a standard Quinny Zapp seat fabric there are no adaptors required as it fits exactly the same way as your original seat fabric. If you have ordered a Quinny Zapp Xtra seat unit it should come complete with two metal recline adaptors to use it in your chassis. If it does not, speak with your retailer.

Good AfternoonThe hood on the standard style Quinny Zapp is slotted into plastic circles on either side of the chassis where it folds. Simply push forward to remove.

Yes, this can be repaired but would need to be returned to the supplier. I would suggest that you contact the retailer where this was purchased for advice. Either that, or contact the suppliers at www.quinny.com
