From your description I believe you have lost one of the adaptors to fit a Maxi Cosi carseat into the Zapp chassis?

Cant get my quinny zapp

The Zapp raincover is held at the top of the pushchair with velcro ties so make sure these are done up properly and then stretch the raincover over the seat unit and around the bottom and the elastic section should then hold the raincover firmly in place.

The handles feel really flimsy

Without inspection it is impossible to say whether or not your Quinny Zapp is performing as it should be. Modification of the product by yourself is not recommended.
How old is the product? If it is under 2 years old contact your retailer with proof of purchase; If they agree there is an issue they can send back to engineers for inspection/repair under warranty terms and conditions.
If it is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase contact our customer services department to discuss on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30.

I have a new quinny

We have been advised that probing with lolly sticks is one way customers have successfully parted sections 1&2 when they have got stuck together.
Other than that our recommendation is to return to the retailer with proof of purchase and ask them to see if they can help, and if not they will send back for our engineers to do.
Top heavy, need wheel wieghts
Quinny Zapp only suitable for 2 years and under no such thing as a wheel weights and if there was you'd need 10Kg!!!. You need to move on to a 4 wheel like a Bugaboo Bee
The hinges on the sun

If the Zapp is under 2 years old please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase to discuss making a warranty replacement claim for a new sun canopy.
If it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase you can order a replacement sun canopy from your local Quinny retailer.

If the hood has come apart from the hinge part itself it is not something that can be fixed, it will need to be replaced. If the Zapp is under 2 years please contact your retailer for a replacement hood under the 2 year mechanism warranty.

Can a maxi cosi mura

The Mura carrycot can only be fitted to the Mura chassis, it is not suitable for use with any other chassis.
The Zapp cannot be used with any carrycot due to the lightweight nature of the chassis and the short length of the chassis a carrycot will make it very unstable and does not meet safety standards.
How do u put the seat cover back on the quinny
the seat slides back on threw the bars on the inside,the pram need be folded for you to do this,you start from the bottom? not very easy to do,very stiff,so really needs 2 people,sum 1 pulls the top and sum one dose the bottom at the same time,u thread the material threw the inside of the bars,then push the 2 little black clips in to place,caroline
Does my quinny zapp seat
sorry but no it dosent lay back,you need the new zapp xtra seat unit,this faces forward or bk wards,can be bought on ebay for £99.00,and i must say these are brill.as i just bought one,they fit straight on to your zapp frame every thing is included in the box,caroline

The clips themselves are not available as a seperate spare part item; to replace them, you'd need to replace the fabric of the Zapp.

Standard charge is £60 and this will include courier delivery of the product back to your address; In addition you'll need to make arrangements and cover costs for courier delivery of the product into our engineers.
