Olevia LT23HVX 23 in. LCD Television - Unanswered Questions, Problems & Issues

Tried reset as directed, no luck. New batteries in remote but only the on/off works. Olevia screen comes on. Buttons dont work on the tv either, except on/off. Any other suggetions?
