Saeco 00034 Incanto Sirius Super Automatic Espresso/Coffee Machine Questions & Answers
Message door is opened Saeco Sirius
i've refurbished 3 of these just last month. this is a pain to fix when it happens imho. get your newelectronx 102 and grab the oval screwdriver. we need to get our hands dirty.
pull out the brew group and you should see a spring directly above the door. somewhere above the brew group funnel. use a paper clip or reach a flat head for the tool kit in there and remove coffee ground that is causing this problem. unjam that micro switch sensor and viola your this message should disappear.
When I try to steam milk it steams fine but also
I had a similar problem with my machine. Too much steam into/onto the "motherboard" will damage the board and the repair will be even more. The source of my steam problem was the steam valve o-rings. There are 4 o-rings that wear with time and start leaking. The rings are difficult to purchase as they are a unique size. I found a coffee place that repaired machines and they claimed they didn't have any that size. I think they wanted me to let them replace/repair my machine. I wound up ordering a new steam valve for approx $50. and it came with new o-rings. That was actually cheaper than my continuing to order o-rings and paying high shipping costs. Anyway, it is very easy to take apart the machine and repair/replace the o-rings yourself. I have a series of pictures I took when I did mine and I can e-mail them to you if you are interested. I continued to make coffee with mine in the duration, I just did not use the steam function.
What does ventilate mean on my Saeco coffee
i had this problem too once. its also could be because you have put hot water in the water tank....i had a family member do that and thats what it said....run cold water through wand and see what happens...
Incanto Sirius display not functioning
In absense of any how-to instruction manual I disassembled my Saeco Incanto Sirius machine and replaced the steam o-rings. I can't post the pictures here because of space, but e-mail me and I'll send you the pictures I took and a rec step by step. Oh, and Home Depot and LOwes do not stock this size o-ring. I ordered them from espressoparts.com for 73 cents each (shipping $6.25).
Dregdrawer full message will not go away
Have you tried removing the drawer with the machine on, leave it out for say 2 minutes and then replacing the dreg drawer again?
There is no dreg sensor. Dreg drawer full works off a counter - depending on when the counter was last reset your drawer may be full but it may be empty.
Simply removing the dreg drawer and replacing it quickly will not reset it. The machine has to think that you have actually taken the time to empty it - a couple of minutes should cover this.
If this does not resolve the issue, you need to get a Technician to take a look.
I hope this helps
S-Class Incanto Sirius
Hi Erika,
Make sure the magnet in the water tank flow up when you fill the water tank.
Open the steam knob and make a cup of water to see if you can make a full cup of water.
if nothing of this help you then i think you have to replace the flow meter in your machine.
Have a nice day.

Incanto sirius states grinder blocked. Took apart
I own a Saeco Incanto Deluxe. It employs the ceramic grinder that has worked flawlessly for 3-4 years. One day it stopped and "Grinder Blocked" appeared. I removed the entire grinder unit, cleaned it thoroughly and calibrated the grinder. This did not fix the problem. After many similar attempts, I found the entire grinder assembly (motor, grinder etc.) online for $149.00. Install of the new assembly took me five minutes and it works perfectly. Please note that the ceramic grinding blades (there are two round ones that must be aligned corrrectly) cost $40 a piece (same site where I found the entire assembly for $149). My suggestion--save yourself the agony and replace the assembly if cleaning and calibration fails.
