the relay on the power board needs to be replaced; if you feel confident to do this:unplug the tv wait about a 1/2 hour then remove the tv's case carefully look for a small black or, brown box about 1/2" x 1" x 1/2" this relay should have a designation such as Rly 1 printed on the circuit board it must be unsoldered and, removed the numbers on the relay can be entered into a search engine to find a replacement

Is this on all channels or just some and what do you have connected to the TV (i.e. cable box, DVD, VCR)?

This is not the model number. I have schematics, but I need to match yours with the correct model number.

If your DVD player is connected to your TV with a SCART cable, your TV should switch to DVD input when you insert a DVD and press' Play'. If you are connected with a standard co-axial aerial cable (fly lead) this wont work and you will need to buy a SCART cable (or new remote) if you wish to continue using your DVD player with this TV.

Is there a button labeled source or input? That is the one you want. If not, a universal remote for $15 to $20 may work although it is hard to tell from the box if will control the source, so buy where you can easily return it, say Walmart or Kmart.

AUX works trough AV input and not via channels if you don't have av the set not support external inputs

Their would only be a limited number of components capable of blowing the fuse. They would be:

• bridge diode;
• filter capacitor;
• regulator IC;
• mains B+ capacitor; and/or
• overvoltage protection (SCR type).

all in the power supply circuitry.

Depending on the PSU design, other load side components can and may cause the fuse to blow likewise. They may include (but not be limited to):

• horizontal output transistor;
• flyback transformer; and/or
• yoke.

Repairs/diagnosis of course would require a fair familiarity of electronic components/circuitry and safety procedures, use of a DVM and a soldering iron. It would be to your added advantage access to a service manual or at the very least a schematic diagram with voltage readings. Should you be uncomfortable performing a DIY (do-it-yourself), perhaps your best bet would then be to seek the services of a qualified professional.

try channel 65 and connect via antenna cable.

push the two buttons on the front together that say menu and then follow the prompts to auto set the channels by using the buttons on the front of the tv. hope this helps.

you need the original remote control. You can't get around it. a universal remote could possibly work but it's not for certain.
