sometimes small objects like coins and buttons that came off our cloths makes the noise.See if something would fall if you turn it upside down, that is the simplest thing to do without using a tool.Good luck
When switched on it goes to delay start
Possible that the program has to be reset, remove power for some time and allow the residual voltage to drain off by pressing on all panel buttons. switch on and try again, if not check with another program cycle before the controller is suspected..

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Being from the UK I am amazed that vendors elsewhere seem not to supply manuals automatically with each machine!

Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

E 02
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
'E02' decodes as 'fill time-out (slow fill)'.
If you have checked that the water taps are turned on fully and the hoses are not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking the water inlet filters. Turn the taps off and remove the water hoses at the washer end. Inside the inlet ports there are normally little filters which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace them and the hoses. If after turning the taps back on there is no improvement, the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve (hot or cold- difficult to judge without being there). Sorry but it needs replacing and a service call ;-0(

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
(The filter should be just inside the tube behind the 'thing' you unscrew! You should not need to get behind that area as the drain motor is immediately behind the filter and can be checked for debris- see my guidance notes!)
Here are my complete and general pre-typed (!) guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Eo5 keeps coming up
Indicates a fault with the heater or the thermistor (temp. sensor). Both located at the bottom rear of the drum.
Hooover washer dryer not spinning
Check
the brushes in the motor, replace if less than 3 or 4 mm long.
If prob still
persists, then the control board is probably faulty.
However
- If your washer spins but does not pump the water out, the drain
line is probably clogged. In many washers a small sock or other piece of
clothing can get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water.
If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that
is attached to the pump or even into the pump itself. It it's in the pump, you
need to remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out.
- To remove the item from the outer tub port, open the washer's
main access panel and remove the large diameter rubber hose that connects the
pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Using a needle-nose pliers, try to grab and
remove the stuck item through the port.
- Check your washer for a frozen pulley. Remove the pump from the
washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely, it's
frozen, replace it.
- If the water that pumps out of the machine goes back after the
spin cycle, your washer is siphoning the water from a laundry tub that has a
slow drain back into the washer. The usual remedy for this is to improve the
draining of the laundry tub.
- Also check for these problems:
- If the drain hose reaches more than 4 inches into the laundry
tub, cut the excess.
- If your drain hose is lower than the washer's cabinet, install an
air gap/siphon break assembly.
