Was the burning a burned rubber smell? Maybe its your belt. either off track or worn down and motor is spinning but the belt is not turning. Just something to check.

Im not a specialist in this but to my knowledge, Will the unit spin if you manually turn the timer dial to spin? If so, remove power, remove the clock motor from the timer, and inspect the clock and mating timer gearing for debris or damaged gear teeth. At the worst, replace the timer. You may be able to scrape or file the damaged teeth so that the timer will progress.

Have someone look under the machine and see if it has a drive belt from the motor to the pump. If it does, the belt could be worn out and slipping, causing the drum to not spin fast enough. God bless your efforts.

sometimes they can seize on a couple of levers and gentle coaxing might get it

motor nor spinning could be a seized bearing , jammed impeller blades or start /run capacitor or a burnt out motor windings

here are what the numbers mean. 5 is probably throwing the others but you'll need a service tech to know for sure. have you unplugged/cut off power to it for 10 min to see if it may possibly reset? Worth a try anyway. Error 1 Door safety lock error

You'll need to tilt it or remove the back or pop the top to see where the leak is coming from. Unplug it first. I had my water pump crack and leaked. It was a plastic part not related to freezing though, and it only leaked when it ran a cycle. Perhaps your leak is prior to the water pump.

WP35-6465 is the pump number it is about $50.00 if you buy and install. Call a Repair shop and ask them for the price of parts and labor. I don't know how old your machine is so weigh the cost of repair to a new machine.
