The only way is to disconnect from power if the door does not open within the specified time then you need to open the top of washing machine and get access to the electronic switch then tak it off do this without power this will open the door and if can test the swich if faulty you can get replacement from washing machine spares on internet google it hope this helps

how old is the 7 kg washing machine should be direct drive to the drum not a belt drive the motor could be wearing out are you over loading

The main seal has allowed water into the spin bearings...

as you have probably found out by now the drum bearings are worn out probable due to the seals leaking ,new set of bearings and seals if not already fitted.

What is the E03 all about? Did you check with manual, Hoover?

You have given very little info about your machine. But with the possibility being a few . I can say . Its probably water inlet valves . Try hot wash . If the hot water flows then its probably your cold water inlet valve.

The problem is your pump or filter is blocked, Remove rear cover of washer, and remove large black hose from tub, remove and clean filter inside hose, check for a blockage in pump, refit filter and hose, and it should now be o/k.

No it is not. Capactors have nothing to do with inlet of water. Either the tap is off or the inlet valve is faulty. By the way it does not pump water in. It opens a valve & water just flows in under pressure from the tap

Louise, E07 means "Motor fault. check motor, tacho and associated wiring, check drum has not jammed" Presuming you can spin the drum by hand, I'd put my money on the carbon brushes in the motor being worn out and needing replacement

Did you try with temperature setting to the minimum? Normally the machine needs to heat the water at programmed temperature before starts, it fails to do it because some issue on the heating system it would not start....

Sounds like your timer is not working correctly. I would suggest replacing it, as there isn't a way to repurchase timers.
