as you have probably found out by now the drum bearings are worn out probable due to the seals leaking ,new set of bearings and seals if not already fitted.

Ian if the circuit breaker is a rcd it will trip off the supply if it normally detects a very small leakage or unbalance of around 35 m /amps this could be a small water leak onto live parts in the machine or a minute short to earth on one component ,make sure all parts are dry / is it tripping when you switch power on to machine or does it trip when machine is in cycle mode. 1. its as first suggestion 2. it's a component like pump or drive motor that;s causing problem. hope this is of some help,g.luck

I would suggest that you turn the programmer to the stop position then leave it for a few minutes and then reprogram.

Sounds like electrical leakage to earth operating a circuit breaker, this can be caused by many things however perhaps most common is the Heater in the machine, disconnect both wires to this bottom of the drum then try machine to see if it powers up, if yes then get/fit new heater .

If it has a dispenser it will be clearly marked.

In most washers, the reversing mechanism in the transmission broke. You probably will have to replace it.

You have given very little info about your machine. But with the possibility being a few . I can say . Its probably water inlet valves . Try hot wash . If the hot water flows then its probably your cold water inlet valve.

The only way is to disconnect from power if the door does not open within the specified time then you need to open the top of washing machine and get access to the electronic switch then tak it off do this without power this will open the door and if can test the swich if faulty you can get replacement from washing machine spares on internet google it hope this helps

What is the E03 all about? Did you check with manual, Hoover?

it is possible that during transportation , the tub moved excessively and pulled the small hose off the tub that is connected to the water level solenoid check around the tub for a small hose that goes to the control panel

if it is a top loader machine with an agitator that stands up in the center of the tub, try removing the dispenser and lint trap from the center ( normally just a pull up) and right down the bottom there is a 10 or 12 mm bolt that you undo and that allows you to pull the agitator up off the drive shaft talk with a service agent as to how to get the agitator out or down load a workshop manual from google by typing in --workshop manual for hoover model 201m washing machine -- and if there is a pdf version then down load it

No it is not. Capactors have nothing to do with inlet of water. Either the tap is off or the inlet valve is faulty. By the way it does not pump water in. It opens a valve & water just flows in under pressure from the tap
