there are many models most common one has a bolt located at the bottom of the inside of the agitator remove cap to see it you will need several extensions,10mm socket and ratchet

I have a similar problem,
Have to slap the door to get it to start. I’ve changed the interlock but still the same... any suggestions? Could it be the door rather than interlock?

CL (child lock) has been enabled. To disable hold down the child lock button for 3-5 seconds.

You have faulty transmission or/and clutch. Clutch is on the bottom of the transmission , next to the pully.

You have had a leak. You can disconnect the hose and empty all the water out of it, then leave the hose in the sun to heat up, this will SOMETIMES reset the water stop, if not you will need a new hose.

You can try: Switching off and unplugging your washer when you do this i suggest waiting about 5 minutes before plugging in since your machine can store energy even after a few seconds of being unplugged. E08 is the motor speed sensor error code. Suggestion: Try a cycle with very few garments and see if it completes the cycle.

Error code E08 means overloading (too many clothes in the drum). Don't worry, just reduce the load size by removing some of the garments in the drum.

Probably a problem with door lock. Most likely replace it.

Check if the machine is on drip dry cycle. Make sure it is pumping out. It wont spin until the water is out. There may be a blockage in the hose or pump. Check the belt may have broken. Worst case is the transmission has failed. If there is a tide mark of orange rust / grease around the inside of the cabinet, its a sign the drive has failed.

sound like an electrical circuit problem..I had to have mine changed. There are circuit boards that control these functions.
