The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

Have a cell phone that is Bluetooth compatible. You can check your cell phone to make sure that it is Bluetooth compatible by looking in the settings. There should be an option for Bluetooth listed. Click on it and ensure that it is set to "Allow other Bluetooth devices to find me."

Unless your computer is already bluetooth enabled (many PC's aren't), you'll need to also purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter. Amazon often sells the two units in a single package.
