is it a galaxy samsung tablet ? in apps find an app labelled as my files with a folder icon above it under root/sdcard/music find music file click on the little box left of the file you wish to delete a green tick will show in the box once you do that you will notice at the top of the screen a dustbin icon has appeared in the right top side. press this icon to delete the file. then click on yes when it asks if you want this item deleted. Then double click back icon to get out of my files back icon is bottom left corner on black part of screen.

if it is a modem operation through the wifi , you may have to install the code for the modem in your tablet so that it recognizes it most modem codes are on the model sticker

You can log into your other email id (if you have one ) and get the details of your email address from the email website. For example I have two gmail addresses. I have sent mails to each other of my gmail ids. If I have forgotten one of them then I use the other to get the email address. I hope this helps you. Regards.
