It could be the NTC ? two small wires between the heat main wiring. Or Possible the heater is leaking to earth. You would need a meter to test , NTC should be about 18kohm

Try the drive belt from motor to the drum it could have stretched a little? The noise you can hear could be the heating element catching the inner drum or something like a wire from a bra came loose in a wash and is trapped between the drums ?

It seems that your machine is on the rinse hold program.Reset the program and select another program all should be ok ??

First, Change your technician. There is a part that senses the heat from the ignited gas, usually quite close to the flame on the oven burner where it first ignites. It is called a generator and it produces about 1/3 of a volt, that holds the gas valve open only while the flame is lit, as a safety device. Pressing the knob at the time of ignition bypasses this by holding the valve open, after releasing the knob then the system relies on the presence of an oven flame to hold the valve open. Check the generator at the point it enters the oven control valve, is it loose? Maybe it is faulty or the oven valve is faulty. Any real technician can identify the the problem easily.
