could be devlp powder is bad. replace and initialize devlp powder. could also do output check and turn toner motor on to make sure it works.

When the machine is printing a
document stored using the copier
function, wait until printing has
finished before you store a document
in the Document Server.
A Press the {Document Server} key.
B Press [Scan Original].
C Enter a file name, user name, or
password if necessary.

- If you do not enter a file name,
one is automatically assigned.

from the list, and then press
[OK].
To change your user name to an
unregistered user name, proceed
to the next step.

The Ricoh site says 'When printing a file containing a large number of bitmap images or fonts, some of the images or font may be lost.'
You do not say if the printer is on a server or network?

Either the feed motor in the back of the tube or inside the chuck where the opening of the tube sits, if you take the chuck appart there is plastic feed fins and they break off and don't feed the toner ( I would check the feed fins in the chuck first)

It is a problem with the controller. Or the controller board is not installed correctly or maybe a connector is not connect correctly. It could be the controller is bad and should be replaced.
