Hey Michael, Try this, enter the file explorer mode by choosing the Explorer icon from the Application Tab. Once in the explorer, hold your finger on the file that you want delete until a menu pops up. Select "Delete" from the prompted menu. Hope this helps.

If there are any networks detected, forget that network. Then set it back up again with same network. If that doesn't work call your wifi provider
