My screen is cracked and it has stop working what
If your screen is physically cracked you will need to have the screen replaced. This is not an easy task to do yourself. If you cannot do it yourself you will either have to pay to have it repaired, or have the whole unit replaced all together.
Clear cache
To clear up memory. These items clutter your drive.
Reset and delete all info
First, power off the device. then, press the volume down and power button together, this will cause a "hard reset" for the device, then using volume up/down button select "wipe data/factory reset" using the power button to confirm. This will erase all the data on the device and restore back to all factory settings
Forgot password to nextbook 8se/ need to be reset please help
Hold power button and volume down until a menu appears. Using the volume buttons, select Wipe Factory settings" or something to that effect. There will be a bunch of no's and 1 yes. Then using the volume buttons select Yes. Then select reboot.
Nextbook 8P won't reset. I have tried troubleshooting instructions with no result
