try tweezers or see if you can slide some sticky tape in with a very thin paperclip, and get it to stick to the card, then pull out carefully. You should realy return it if it's new, presumably the slot is faulty.

Hole two buttons for a few sec and presto hard reset!

Do a hard reset! Turn the unit off. Press and hold both the power button and the volume button at the same time, until the little yellow-green android robot comes on the screen. You can then release the buttons. You will eventually get a menu (this took a while to come up). Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Reset to Factory Standards", and select by pressing the power button. You`ll get a message asking you if you`re sure you want to do this. Use Power button again to select "yes". It will set the unit back to what it was like when brand new.

If screen was not phisicaly damaged, - "No Video" could be bad on-board memory or GPU or both.

Make sure that it is charged before trying to turn it on. The battery could be dead.

On most modern computer devices, just pushing the On/Off switch is only a suggestion and the computer can ignore it (or might not get the suggestion). Try holding the On/Off switch down until the computer turns off (that might take 5-10 seconds).

It may be the charger has a loose wire. In that case a new charger would fix the problem. Mine has a problem with the charging port itself. I am fortunatly that my tablet is under warrenty they are going to replace the tablet for me.

this could be a codec problem or video was record on low sound settings .try checking that your sound is up full right click on sound icon....open volume mixer make sure all slides are up full. hope this helps

In my case was just an app. "Lantern" - flashlight using LED...after uninstal that "s*tty" app the camera was OK again.

all I cant suggest if its still under warranty take it back to place of purchase,my flatmates boy had same problem the guy at the shop where it was brought from fix it in about 2minutes and no charge .

Try jail breaking it.
