You need to replace the drain pump on your unit. I see this problem about 8-10 times a month with this model. The repair is simple and will only take you 10-15 mins. Here is the part to order. Here is a video I found to help you make the repair.
First make sure on the machine that all adjustable legs under neath are touching the floor and it is level if all is good. THis could be a case that the weight that balances the machine inside is either loose or off this is a big steel weight or a concrete weight under neath the machine and behind its cover from the rear. This has to be opened up to see what it actually wrong. Please dont forget to rate my solution and leave testimonial this is how i earn my achievements . Thanks in advance
I had this one come up on a washer I had professionally installed for a client. When I looked into it I found there were shipping blocks made of squeaky Styrofoam the installers left in place. Only made the noise when it was full of water and working hard shifting back and forth in agitation. It said right in installation instructions to take the shipping blocks out too.
there is a good chance it does but you can check the transmisson coupler and make sure it is in good shape.this coupler is located inbetween the motor and the transmission. checking this may help in the long run you may need to replace the transmission.
you can also remove the inner tub and make sure there is nothing stuck in there that would cause this problem
Check the hose that connects from the tub to the water pump. Next time you do a load remove the front panel and set the machine for a "small load" so there won't be alot of water. When the machine begins to agitate shut off the timer and move it to the final spin mode and turn it on. Here is where you want to watch that hose (maybe with a flashlight) as the tub begins to spin and the water is being pumped out, focus on where the hose connects to the drum. Usually as the spin increases the vibration will cause the hose connection to become loose and water will start spitting out. If you don't see any leaks in the hose, check the water pump itself. NOTE: DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE MACHINE WHILE IT IS IN OPERATION! JUST LOOK IN AT THE HOSE, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING AND KEEP YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK! THE OTHER HAND ON A FLASHLIGHT FROM OUTSIDE THE MACHINE.
the burning smell in the motor could be caused by the motor bears are worn out or the belt is rubbing because a idler pulley is seased . the clutch unit could be seased . your motor has to much load on it something is making it work very hard . . hope this helps you !
Leveling: Ensure the washer is properly leveled. An unbalanced load can trigger the UL (unbalanced load) code. Use a level to check if the machine is sitting evenly on the floor.
Load Distribution: Make sure the clothes are evenly distributed in the drum. An imbalanced load can cause the UL code to appear.
Calibration: Some models have a calibration mode that can be accessed through the control panel. Running a calibration cycle might help the washer to detect load balance more accurately.
Electronics: There could be an issue with the control board or wiring harness. Inspect these components for any visible damage or loose connections.
Professional Service: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be time to consult with a professional appliance repair technician who can diagnose and fix the problem more accurately. They may have specialized tools and knowledge to pinpoint the exact cause of the UL code.
Ld is long drain, so either the pump is blocked, the pump impeller is worn or the drain hose is blocked.
I had a drain blockage on a Miele and it was cause by an apple stalk lodging itself across the ridges of the drain hose and had collected enough lint to block it, This was a machine that was washing towels commercially for 16 hours a day.
Unhook the drain and watch it pumping either into a bucket or into a laundry sink. It should fly out in a jet!

If yours is a top loader it will mounted near the drum inside the machine. It will be a shaped block of concrete curved to sit close the actual drum. The most like places will be at the front, nearest you when your putting clothes in it, at about 3/4 of the way off the floor. It could also be in a similar place at the back of the machine.
