Computer doesn't recognize hard drive
If your hard drive is not recognize by your computer try to enter cmos set-up and see if your HDD is detected and if it is detected by your pc then you probably have error in your MBR, try to format your hdd using fdisk. If this doesn't work you maybe have a faulty HDD, try to replace with a new one to try if your HDD is really the problem, also replace your data cable (IDE/SATA) maybe that the problem. good luck with this.
I have the .wmv file of a slide show I created but cannot fine the .spj file. Any ideas?
WMV is Windows Media Video file .spj files are specific to a software package. whatever program you used the file through is either damaged and may need repaired (control panel programs and features / repair) or it is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled. the repair option would be my first step as some times reinstalling the program causes a plethora of other issues that could be avoided with just a simple repair.

Onity machine error showing no valid data connect to pc , what can i do for that ...
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Connect the Machine to Your Computer:
First, ensure that your Onity key machine is properly connected to your computer. You can use either a USB or Ethernet connection, depending on your machine's configuration.
Be cautious not to damage any of the connections while setting up.
Launch the Access Control Software:
Once the machine is connected, launch the access control software provided by Onity.
Double-check that all the information (such as username and password) is correctly entered.
Select the "Reset" Option:
From the software's main menu, choose the "Reset" option.
You'll be prompted to enter an authorized user ID and password assigned to the machine's operator account.
After verifying these credentials, you can enter the reset mode.
Input New Credentials:
While in the reset mode, input new credentials for the machine.
Set a unique password and click "OK".
Remember this password, as you'll need it each time you use the key cutting device.
Confirm the Reset:
Confirm the reset by clicking "Yes" on the confirmation prompt.
Wait until the process completes successfully.
The machine will reboot automatically after a few seconds.
If you encounter any issues during this process, consider reaching out to Onity Tech Support for further assistance.
