The igniter is not working and should be replaced and there is also a problem with the igniter as well.

Hi We just installed a new aeg ceramic hob. The two right plates heat up when turned on but the two left plates, though the digits n control show heating from 1-9 it doesn't heat at all. Please advise

I have an AEG induction hob which is 10m old. There has appeared a scorch mark in it that looks like it's from a pan. There is no burn or residue to clean off but it looks like the glass is damaged.

not sure as to what you can do , if it did get too hot, maybe wrong pan, but could also be wrong temp in unit, only way to find out is to try and use warrenty
