If you keep using the range without the aluminum pans it will eventually go away, but aluminum will leave marks on the surface of the grate.

Check to see if the igniter's got wet. Dry them off using a hair dryer.

The module might not sense the flame: check electrical connections: wire (and its contacts0 and conections by fryer chasis; to be sure please bond with 18AWG wire pilot burner with spark module green wire.

you have a defective gas valve, or a clog of grease in the gas piping...try taking a needle and poke the little gas holes to clean in the area of the spark unit

Hi there.I think what you have done is you have gotten water in & its just shorting out & causeing them to click.this should go away once it drys out.Meanwhile leave it unplugged.plug it back in every so many hour & see if it's stopped.

Is the exhaust clear all the way out? Unplug the range and see if the problem goes away, if so you may have a control problem that is keeping the fan operating at a very low speed.

Epoxy would not work. If it is a very small chip and is NOT STRUCTURAL or in the heated are you could TRY the adhesive used for rear view mirror to glass attachment.

well usually you have to remove the knobs. thentake all of the caps off of the burners. sometimes there are scres that hold the burner caps on. make sure you turn the power off. Then after you have done this the glass should come right off. If not there may be screws under the cooktop. Do these first steps and let me know how it goes.

Jenn Air are high end and are Secretive with Service Manuals. You need a Service call and a whole load of money. It will be the controller or the board, or crack in the burner element.
