there are two vent holes in the bottom of the door that need to be seal closed there has been air leaking in from these holes also the rear air diffuser should be solid and the vent holes in it coverd as well.then you nee to take one or two small washers and remove the front panel inside the freezer and put the washer between the panel so there is a small gap between the top of the freezer and the divider

i think there is low gas problem in your freezer so please contact to your freezer maintenance personnel for further action i mean find out leakage and make brazing it and then refill gas.

the ideal freezer temperature is 0 fahrenheit(-18 celsius) for storing food. and - 10 fahrenheit (-23 celsius) is recommend when freezing food.
and generally 3 to 5 celsius (37 to 41 fahrenheit) is ideal for refrigerator

please find the thermostat setting controller in your freezer,s inside of door and on the control panel after make reset it on correct temperature .

syringe out the pipe with neat clorine bleach.backwards if you have to,if blocked can cause all sorts of frosting problems...

Should be set at 0°F (-17°C) or lower, but definitely not above 5°F (-15°C).

usually a clogged drain line Also poor door gaskets.

something easy to try is to clean the evap. usually on the bottom. warm soap and water, or compressed air usually does the trick. it's the easiest thing to try.

It's not dangerous ,you jusi have to defrosted manually by unplugged and let it defrost about once a week.

the tray is there to capture the condensation. it will have water in it but evaporates so it doesn't overflow. if you're having temp. problems' it may be low on freon.

Most freezers do not have a tap from the factory to add aditional freon...you will need specialized equipment to be able to do that...

if door was left open for extended period of time it has probably iced up around the evaporator fan, try to defrost around fan area using a hair dryer

One of three possibilities, Either the door is not closing correctly:or There is a bolckage or shortage of gas in the system or the surrounding outside temperature is to hot for the compressor to run correctly in. Place freezer in a well ventilated area. You will see a difference.

i think where you find bad smell rust colour object in near of comressor its sign of comressor oil and there is leak after the leak that oil has been come out please contcet to your service technician for reweld that leakage and refill refrigarant in your freezer , i hope after that problem will be solve . and freezer will being work batter.

4 in winter 5 in summer depending on how often the door is opened per day i would set it at 5 all yr round

Yes, go ahead and raise the setting. Keep in mind the location of the freezer effects it's run time. If it is in a hot shed or porch it will run more than if it is in a cool house.
