I'm trying to set up the best picture settings on my polaroid tv its 4k what is the best colour picture settings?
Everyone’s eyes see different colors. So there isn’t one setting that is perfect. There are also factors such as is what you are viewing is it a movie that was done on film or is it a movie that was say an animation? Some film stock will have different looks you will have to see kelvin color white levels too if you really want to add to the research. Some films have a yellow hue others are more blue. If it was filmed digitally then it could look better at either depending on the white balance. Bottom line use up the movie go through some settings and then most people just set it and forget it as it will change per movie or tv station.

Where is the fuse on a PL6018UHDS 60” polaroid tv it won’t power on
The fuses are usually inside the set. But fuse failure is rarely the problem. It usually means the set is defective and may need a new power board - or something else. If set is still under warranty take it authorized service or call them to see if they will do service in the home. If out of warranty you will need independent service agency.
If you are technical try googling for common problems and repairs for your model. There may be forums or discussion groups that can lead you to methods of simple troubleshooting for your detailed symptoms.

I have a polaroid television and the sound will not come on
Before you of think about buying or repairing, it may not be the TV. If you are connected to a cable TV or a satellite box, these may need to be reset, or replaced. Try resetting the box. Power off, If the box has a card in it...pull it out first. Now unplug power to box, and wait one minute. Plug power in, then reinsert card and power up. This may take another minute or two. If the box does not have a card, power off, unplug it power for one minute. Plug it in and power on. If this does not work call your service provider and have them test box. Try this. Thanks for asking, Matt of Martins TV Repair.
