check in the menu first to see if someone turned the speakers OFF--that is done in some cases if a surround system or a receiver are in use.Also check to see if sound when a DVD etc is used via rear inputs.

A lot of the main codes are 1234 or 0123 or longer in sequent (12345) give those a try...if no luck write back I will research.

Hi,

Unplug the TV for few minutes and then turn it ON. If the problem persists, then you need to buy an Original Remote to unlock it. Unfortunately, on almost all the occasions you need to have the original remote.
