LG 50PX1D 50 in. Plasma Television - Page 6 Questions & Answers
Hello
This problem is always either the ysus bd or zsus bd failing and sometimes both. As a rule because these boards work together as the scan and return when on fails I replace both. The part # for most versions are YSUS = 6871QYH039C and ZSUS = 6871QZH044B and can be found on either the Andrews Electronic or Vance Baldwin website.

Service information may be available on LG website but I am not sure. I am sure that when the LG plasma pops and goes out a high percentage of those type failures require the replacment of the YSUS and or the ZSUS boards. I believe the YSUS is 6871QYH039C and the YSUS is 6871QZH044B. You can get those from Andrews or Vance Baldwin.

ya return it then asap ok cheak out samsung way nice t5054 model ok this ones know for issues
No Power
There is a main AC fuse on the power supply bd. and a couple of ciramic fuses on both the ysus bd and the zsus bd. This symptom most of the time means either the ysus bd, the zsus bd. or both have failed. Difficult repair for a customer and most likely will need to have a qualified tech diagnose the problem. Most times it is the ysus that has failed and a realistic price to repair this is from 400 to 500 dollars.
Cracked screen
depending on the panel yes its expensive & very hard for ordinary person to locate/fit. try googling the part number to get a rough idea but remember its a minefield out there with too many scammers- also if you do locate the panel then you will have to either fit it yourself if you know what youre doing or you will have to pay for fitting which also bumps up the cost- if you have insurance thats also an option- another option if all other options are not cost effective is.. to sell the boards from inside the TV ..

im guessing that the digital board is dead, or have a bad lamp.
TV not responding to PC
How are you connecting the TV (composite, component, VGA, HDMI, etc.)? Many displays do not support standard computer resolutions. You might benefit from software such as Power Strip that allows custom resolutions or use advanced settings for your video card.
