sometimes these
have lockouts,
try reseting the eprom
there is two ways,,,
unplug it for ten minutes
or push and hold the pause button for 10 secs
depending on your model this should work

have you checked the filter at the inlet side of the water pump? it is behind the bottom front panel

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

Dude you gotta do a Serious cleaning, Give it an enema:

Add an entire packet of "TIDE WASHING MACHINE CLEANER" directly into the tub (no laundry) and close the door.

Press and hold: SPIN SPEED & SOIL LEVEL buttons--then press POWER button.
Wait for door to lock.

Press the START button (6) times--this will fill the tub with hot water to the maximum setting when it stops filling.

Press the START button two more times--this will enable the tub to tumble.
After 3 hours--turn "off" the washer.
Turn the washer back "on".
Select the shortest wash cycle (usually "quick wash") and press "START". This will rinse out the tub.
This method of "TUB CLEAN" ain't from a service manual but has been the best method for cleaning out LG washer more than a year into incorrect detergent usage. Take notes LG LOL

carefully check gray door gasket fot tears/waves/stretching on outer edge. if so, replace gasket. be sure gasket and door glass are clean where surfaces meet.

The manufacturer recommends shimming the door latch to make it close tighter.

According to the manual, this is a control error, more than likely a sensor such as a thermistor. Call for service.

If you haven't cleaned the filter for a long time, there is a good chance that it is blocked up with junk that limits the system from draining properly. Also, these front loaders use HE detergent and had been filling the detergent cup up to the mark but you because these use very little water during the wash cycle I was advised to use only a few drops..

These tubes are so difficult to clean we replace them with a new one instead. You can try and soak this in a pail of peroxide for an hour. I have tried that on a few when the hoses were on back order. Some came clean and some did not. I would recomend very hot water (boil first and let stand for a minute) Then soak it for 15 minutes. It might break up the clog if your lucky

You can use Affresh to clean your front loader. Deposits of soap and other such things can be stuck around the inside tub of your washer. Try this product, it works great on all front loaders. Use very hot water with the Affresh pellet with no clothes and run the machine through a cycle. Also helps with any stagnant water smells. Put the Affresh pellet inside the machine, not in the soap dispenser.

The selenoid valve has some trash in it. Take the valve off of the back. It should be just a few screws, a couple of wire plugs and one hose on the inside. Then a few screws to take the valve apart. Just slide selenoids off with a flathead screwdriver. Take the rest apart and clean the diaphrams with soap and a small brush or something. I hope this helps.

I think you mean, LE error code, as there is no nE error code, their codes display are strange.

Locked motor error. Cause: The connector (3-pin), male,white) in the motor harness is not connected to the connector. (3-pin,female,white) of stator assembly. Or the electrical contact between the connectors. (3-pin,male,white) in the motor harness and 4-pin,female,white connector in the main PWB assembly is bad or unstable. Or the motor harness between the stator assembly and main PWB assembly is cut (open circuit) Or the hall sensor is out of order/defective.

The water inlet valve where the water supply connects to the washer is stuck open because of sediment or wear. Replace it or clean it out.
