Cs-4035 with c4200 system error
the C-4200 is as follows for this model:
BD steady-state problem
• The VTC detects a BD error for 600
ms after the polygon motor rotation has been stabilized.
Defective laser diode.
Defective polygon motor.
Defective main PCB.
Solutions:
Replace the LSU (see page 1-6-20).
Replace the LSU (see page 1-6-20).
Replace the main PCB and check for correct operation.
A little hint check the filter in the Bypass or MP tray its at the top and if it is filled with a lot of dust than the Laser is the most likely problem. Their is another filter next to the MP tray to get to this one you have to remove four screws that hold the cover by the MP tray (the side cover). once it is off you will see 2 wire connectors and if you look in the cavity you will see another filter area (probably caked down with dust).
Hope this helps.

I have a Copystar 4035
Hello,
Here are two ways solution to solve the problem
Cleaning
a laser printer can solve minor problems, maintain print quality, and
prolong periods between professional cleanings. Clean your printer when
print quality deteriorates or when you change toner cartridges.
Collect the supplies you need: a soft cloth and cleaning fluid made for plastic. (Water is fine in most cases.)
2
Check the printer manual. If the manufacturer has provided specific instructions, follow them.
3
Turn off the printer.
4
Dampen a cloth with water or cleaning fluid.
5
Wipe the outside of the printer, making sure that no fluid gets inside.
You
need to know how to clean rollers to keep your printer in
good working order. Proper cleaning of the copystar and the rollers will
help the printer function correctly every time you use it. If the
printer is not picking up the paper or the paper gets stuck in the
rollers, it is time for a cleaning. Cleaning the rollers is simple when
you follow these easy-to-understand steps
INSTRUCTION 2 BELOW
Remove the power cord from the electrical outlet. Open the printer cover and expose the printer rollers.
2
Remove the paper from the "in" tray and any paper you may have in the "out" tray.
3
Hold the wet cloth against the first roller with one hand and use the other hand to manually turn the roller.
4
Replace
the paper in the in tray. Plug the printer in and print a test page.
The rollers should take the paper from the in tray. If not, repeat the
process in Step 3 to make sure you remove all of the dirt

Code C6050
You have a FUSER problem. You need a technician to repair
How do i reset Error code C6020 on a Kyocera 8030 copier
This code is a high temperature in the fuser unit. The reset process is as follows, enter 1087-1087-163-print button-execute-print button then shut machine off when the message comes up on the display. The machine should clear the code and reboot, if the code returns you will need to contact a service company for further assistance. Hope this helps.
Copystar c2300 error code
You first need to pull the fuser out and manually check that it is running smoothly. More times than not, it will be the fuser rather than the motor.
If the fuser is fine, locate the motor then turn the machine on and visually inspect. If the motor does not run before the code pops up then replace it.
