Power Cable Replacement
Try ebay. If unsuccessful you may have to convert the plug on your set to a standard one that will work with a normal standard wire.

Check and replace its main power regulator board. Products powered by electricity should be
serviced or repaired only by experienced professional technicians. Any attempt
to service or repair the product by anyone else could result in serious injury
or death. If you are not familiar with electronics, do not
attempt to repair. Whether you suffer
fatal electrical shock. Instead, contact the nearest service centre.

Thin horizontal line of picture
that is a vertical deflection circuit problem. try to check a 470 UF capacitor connected to the vert. yoke coil if it is open or try resoldering the nconnecrtion at the board. if not, try to replace the B+ filter of the vertical amplifier. another is try to chexk if the vertical moscillator is qworking if you know elecrtonics.

Tv do not want to come on
ensure that the socket has power, then test the power cable to ensure it is conveying power. if its not then you can check the fuse in the plug if it has one, if the fuse is ok you can now open the cover and check the fuse in the power supply area. also confirm that the connectors are firmly fitted and test the set while its open.

Hello,
Problem is in either power supply or the Y-Sustain board.
The Y-Sustain is a relatively large board out of which go connections to the side of the display; it's therefore closer to either the left or the right side of the display, has at least one rather large heat sink on it and fat power cables connecting it to the main power supply.
Often there are fuses on that board - one or more. Check those.
if they are blown you can try to replace them, but expect them to blow again - usually the whole board needs to be replaced.
I hope this will helpout

Is there a fuse in ilo tv. if so where is it
Yes, first unplug the unit then remove the back cover of your tv, then try to follow the ac cord it will direct you to the main power supply, then follow the ac line in the main pcb you will see the fuse their but there are many types of fuse the common types, are the glass and the ceramic type.In order to check the fuse you should have a tester or try to look if it is a glass try to check the thin wire inside if broken, try to replace it but if you see the glass totally burned out do not just replace it. It has a shorted parts commonly the regulator or the bridge type rectifier.

My red standby light is
Good day.
This is the D.I.Y steps for troubleshooting.
- Open the back cover of your TV by removing all screws.
- Power ON the TV to perform a voltage data.
- Check the input voltage of power supply. It should have a 120 or 240 volts ac depends on the voltage supply from your power source. If none replace the power cord or check the main source.
- If you have input voltage in the power supply, check the output voltage on the power supply. It should have 5vdc,for the system board,12vdc,for the sound and 24vdc,for the back-light inverter.
- If you don't have output voltage from power supply board.Unplug the power cord first to check the fuse if busted, check some transistors and diodes if shorted, check some open/change value resistor and also look for leak/bulge on top capacitor.
- If you found any of the defective parts that mention on the step # 5 replace it with the same type and ratings.
- After that, try plug-in again the power cord then test the output voltage that mention on step #4.
Thank you for using FixYa and good luck.I hope this solution helps you.

clsuggs1, You could try finding on fixya a response by "hitsmanj80" about a ILO 2600 set for some info. His solution sounds good to me. Might also help you too. Also do search on web for your model. Lots of stuff on it there in addition to stuff on fixya. If this was helpful, please rate this response on fixya so others with same problem will know what to do. I'm 12fixlouie on fixya.

I'm not able to get a signal using the new digital
Its not the receiver, its your antenna. Get a high Db antenna and your signal will greatly improve! Trust me when I say you get what you pay for, and yes it makes a huge difference! I recommend this one, http://www.target.com/Philips-Indoor-Digital-Antenna-SDV2730/dp/B001JE3PKI I live where no one gets signals and I get all the channels! I even gave up my dish because I get over 12 channels! Its a tv top antenna too! Or you can get the ones that look like a dish and mount on your house! Its worth it.
