The problem with this type of printer is that when you use true type fonts, they are downloaded as graphics. If you have a field which changes on each label there is an overflow of memory. The solution is to use internal fonts for continuously changing datas

from what your describing sounds like its 1 of 3 things,

firstly, take the paper out and let it warm up in a light cupboard or under a florsecent light, let it heat up a bit and then replace it in the printer. try printing now and more than likely it will print. Reason being is that the paper has moisture build up on it, keeping new paper in a warm dry place will help with this. If this wasn't your problem then lets try the next thing.

purchase and replace the platen roller, more than likely part of the roller is damaged (the part that your text label falls on, replace it. you can also redesign the lablel so it falls on another part of the label.

run some labels and the warning go off. it is not a problem

run calibration ribbon and media, and save. reset the printer and run Sensor profile.

check the darkness, check if the labels you use need to print with ribbon (Termal Transfer)

faulty Logic Board, need to be replace.

drop the darkness to low level, check if the format have to much black lines, mins to much hit on the same place. possible need to change the format.
w.c.s the printhead, if not original from zebra, can do that, need to replace.

check if seting from LABEL TOP is on 0000, check the driver as well.

check the setings, change the setings, Media TYPE from Termal Transfere to Direct Termal.
if necessery, reset the printer to Factory Defult.

possible becouse the tear off position stop the gap on the wrong spot and wen you cut the label, left some label with glue expose, and wen you send other print, the printer make the backfeed and the label go stuck on the white rollar.
go througt the setings to TEAR OFF, and ajust to the front or back, untill hav the best gap/label rest possition and cut proply. don't forget to save (press setup button twice)

Reset the printer to factory defult

if you sending a file (ex. pdf or picture). to the printer, can do this, if you send the proper format with normal fonts (caracteres))to the printer, work fine. build new label from zebradesigner

run the manual calibration, check if the printer stop the labels on the gap. if yes, check the laber format (length and with can be biger than the labels..

check the driver, try to install (seagulldrivers} WWW.SEAGULLSCIENTIFIC.COM

check the setings, reset to factory defult.

increase the darkness to 22-25, clean the white rollar unther the printhead.

if is on warranty, send to the reseler, is possible need to flash the firmware again.

check if the setting FORMAT CONVERT is with some numbers, please change for NONE.
This seting change the resolution from Printhead 200dpi or 300dpi or 150 dpi or none, none mins, if you have 200dpi printhead, print 200dpi resolution(small fonts). if have 300 dpi, print with 300 dpi resolution, if have 300 dpi(very small fonts) printhead, can print 150dpi(big fonts) if change this setting.
if ok, check the driver or your software.
