possible was reset to factory defult and the darkness is to low, press the button until flash 5 times and let run untill see the dark print. then press the buton again. Try to print again (flash 1x)
outher possibility is the ribbon in on other way.
other possibility is the labels need to use ribbon (Thermal Transfer), and the printer is run out from ribbon.(run as Direct Termal.

try this--open the control panel then open system & maint then admin tools. open services then find the print spooler svc and right click then restart. close all jobs and print windows first then try again

Download latest Zdesigner driver. It works with Windows7.

Label size definition is wrong correct size and calibrate printer.

Have you tried replacing the cable?
Make sure DHCP is on
Try another Network socket
Restart your router or server or whatever is set up to issue IP addresses.

Do you mean that, have a vertical line across all the label?
clean the prinhead, if still doing, the printhead needs to be replace, some elements from the printhead are burn.

When you connect a printer to your pc the operating system adds a virtual port. Your pc will typically have 3 physical usb ports but can have as many virtual ports as you have devices to connect to it.

1: Ensure that your printer has media loaded and is powered up and ready to print. Connect the USB cable. You should get a message on pc screen saying device (printer) found.

Open printer driver ( double click on the zebra printer icon - Start/control panel/printers & Faxes/) Click print test page. If it doesnt print you will see a printer icon with a red question mark.on your toolbar, double click on this. This will bring up a small window showing status of the print job, Click printer/properties/ports. Select the next free usb port and click apply. Drag the print status window so that you can see the message in the status window change from Error print to error Restarting. repeat trying each of your usb ports until printer works. start with the higheat usb with highest number and work your way down.

ASounds like a compatability issue. Is you new PC a different OS? If so you may need to replace the printer.

You have a problem with the feed roller not matching the speed of the ribbon roller. Either one is slipping or not turning. Make sure the rollers are free or you might have to replace the unit. If you do I highly recommend www.getthatpart.com ....these guys sell used units are great prices compared to new. They are real pros who you can actually call on the phone...Check em out!

Check that your label size definition is correct, measure your label height in mm and check that your printer driver settings match.

Perform a calibration. How?? when printer is on labels loaded and green light, hold feed key and wait for 2 blinks then release feed key. (If you release it after 1 flash you will print a configuration label)

If you are using Zebra Designer, download latest version of Zdesigner V2. Install latest printer driver V2.63. This driver & Zdesigner allows you to calibrate the printer directly from within Zdesigner. Go to File/Printer settings/ advanced options and click calibrate at bottom of page. when printer calibrates then tick the box USE PRINTER SETTINGS and printer will now work properly.
