Xerox 4510 RAM Error
Did you use OEM Xerox memory? Xerox is notorious for not working with 3rd party memory. If the memory is not the error, the problem will be the main board, part number 960K41801
Fix a xerox 6350DT
If you have a white stripe in only one color, then you might have a bad developer. Each color has its own developer
116-2008-00 Yellow
116-2009-00 Magenta
116-2010-00 Cyan
116-2011-00 Black
Changing the developer is not super easy. You'd have to remove the left cover, HV Power Supply board, then remove Image Unit and the Developer Frame, where all the Developers are mounted. Detach the feed hose for the Developer you want to change and release the Developer's 2 spring clips.
The attached photo shows old developers which have dead spots that would cause the missing stripes on prints.

There is a chip on each cartridge that the printer reads when it is inserted. Sometimes the glue that holds the chip in place comes loose and the chip falls off. Seen this happen, especially with refurbished cartridges. Or maybe the chip is bad itself. Try to use your old cartridge and if you don't get this error, then you know it is the chip and or the cartridge.
Phaser 860 Phantom Jam Won't print until jam in
There is a solenoid on the transfix assembly that has a tendency to "stick" in the open position, causing paper jams at the exit. The Solenoid is located on the right side of the machine, at the top area in the middle. You can test it with your fingers to see if it sticks in the up position. If it is, simply clean the sticky residue off both metal surfaces with alcohol and it should return to normal operations.

You may have the "separator page" option turned on in your print driver. This option will insert a blank page after each print job to separate one print job from another. Simply uncheck the box by the separator page option and you should be back to normal !
Clean printheads on Xerox phaser 6180
This type of print quality defect shows up if you have loaded the wrong type of paper in your machine and didn't remember to change the paper type (plain paper, card stock, labels, etc.).
This can also happen if the paper has a high moisture content, or if the humidity in the room is too much. Also make sure the room temperature is within its normal operating range (not too hot, not too cold).
The problem you describe could also be caused by using non-Xerox toner/drum units. Compatible toners don't work very well in Xerox printers.
Aside from those problems, the only other thing would be if the Fuser Assembly is near the end of its life...it will also cause some print quality problems like you are describing.
Xerox Phaser 8860 Error code 07,010.43:38138
This indicates a process drive or printhead error has occurred. The printhead is stuck or is not tilting properly. Check that the process drive gear train is properly homed. Check for obstructions or ink spills around the printhead. (was the printer tipped on its side or moved while the ink was still hot?) Check for blockage in the purge tube. Verify the printhead travels smoothly from left to right. Check to see if the process drive gears assembly is loose (broken frame where screws are).

The printhead temperature is too low.
Check the air temperature (the room should not be cold)
Test the heaters in Service Diagnostics Monitor. If the heaters function properly, then replace the Electronics Module...if they don't, then it could be a bad printhead, drum assembly, drum heater relay board, or drum temperature sensor.
