Tv will not start!
It is
If the red light is blinking it is indicating an error or fault to the unit but the common fault of the lcd is the power supply. Try to remove the back cover of your tv then try to look for bulge up capacitor or leaky capacitor. The bulge up capacitor is that the top is not perfectly flat like the others and the leaky capacitor has a wet mark at the bottom of the capacitor. This faulty capacitor cause a unfiltered dc output and it cannot transfer dc output properly to distribute dc voltage to other parts of your tv. If you are not handy in electronics and not familiar with the electronic parts I suggest that you should contact a technician to do it for you and save you from stress. feel free to send feed back good day and best regards. Note before opening the back cover be sure to unplug the unit.

The problem of your tv is in the power supply. In order to find the power supply of your tv ,you should follow the ac cord. But first you should unplug the unit and open the back cover of your tv there you will find the power supply, try to check the capacitors, it is cylindrical shape and has a plastic cover. Try to observed if their is a wet mark or oil mark that spread in to the pcb then replace it. But when replacing the capacitor you should observed the polarity of the capacitor and replace it exactly the way you pulled it out.
