If steam wand leaks at the tip sounds like the steam valve needs to be rebuilt or replaced, because the valve seat is damaged or has mineral buildup keeping it open.

There is a reset button inside on the front side of the boiler (you have to take the top of the machine off. There are 4 screws and remove the water tank). It is located between 2 black wires and is a red button. Push it in and test. There is also another problem that you might have. If the brew thermostat is bad it won't heat. To test for this, push the steam switch and wait 15 seconds. Then open the steam knob and push the middle button and see if the water is warm. If it is then you need a new brew thermostat. That is the thermostat that has the red dot on the top. It sets on top of the boiler next to the steam thermostat. If you take the top off, make sure that the machine is unplugged.
If none of these things work check the heating element with an ohms meter. The reading in the terminals should be from 12 to 16 ohms. If no reading the elements is bad and you have to replace the boiler.

If it pops the circuit breaker, most likley your element is shorted. You will have to replace the element.

Your 3 way valve is bad. Its behind the panel that has 2 screws behind the the brew head. It slides to the right to remove. The 3 way valve has to be replaced.

Sounds like your group handle needs a new basket (the piece with all the small holes in it). Presuming that grind is set correctly and that coffee is being tamped enough? Sometimes as the basket gets older, the holes can get larger and coffee doesn't have enough time to infuse with the coffee before exiting.

Sounds like the heating element is fried, you will need to find a local person who understands basic electrical troubleshooting with a meter. Take the top off and have somebody meter voltage across the heating element electrodes if there is voltage ther,e but the machine is cold, your heating element positively absolutely has gone bye bye. Remove the 4 screws on the top of the machine and check the reset thermostats on of the 3 tripped.

First of all, your machine is not safe to use so do not use it. A thermostat maybe have shorted out, a wire may have grounded, who knows. Pull the top off and determine where and what has burned out. It should be quite visible.

Your pump is burned out. Open machine and look at fried pump to confirm.

You have huge corrosion and scale in the boiler. Your heating element will be fried soon. Boiler must be opened up and cleaned, element may be salvageable. USE ONLY BOTTLED WATER NEVER EVER TAP.

There's the problem right there. Find out EXACTLY where it is leaking steam, you will need to be patient with this.

The pump switch is either burned out, shorted out, or there is a CPU problem. You will need somebody local to do basic electrical troubleshooting on this machine.
