Try connecting to a different router. If it does connect, then your router is the problem. If it does not connect, then your ROKU has a problem with its wireless adapter.

Check you DSL or cable modem to make sure it is connected tot he internet. If it is then you need to point your Linksys router to the DSL/Cable modem's IP address as the defualt gateway.

to ping your router you first need to open a commant prompt, to do so, click start, then all programs, then accessories, then command prompt.in the black window write first: IPCONFIG and hit enter to get your ip address and the routers ip address.your routers ip adress will be listed as DEFAULT GATEWAY.then write PING 12.12.12.12 and hit enter.REPLACE THE 12.12.12.12 WITH THE NUMBERS YOU GOT FROM IPCONFIG / DEFAULT GATEWAY.
