sounds like your Y or X buffer or driver main is going bad .

The digital part? Do you mean you have sound but no picture/video? Does the power LED on the front of the TV flash? Just about every board in the TV can cause this symptom. You may need a trained TV technician diagnose it further. If you need replacement boards, Tri-State Module is a good vendor for me.

this problem is complicated because it involves the ability to diagnose a plasma tv because there are to many possibility'sto this problem . to make it simple there's a short circuit in your tv obligating it to turn on and off now the defective board is dead making a no turn on .

one of your buttom scanning bords is dead or it needs to be cleaned or simply reconnected properly , at the buttom of your plasma tv you have 2 to 4 small boards with flex connecters one of these flexible connecters will be adjacent to the black line ,replace entire board because it cannot be repaired

your y main or x main is dead or y buffer board

theres a short circuit you will have to isolate each board individually theres no guessing here

TURN OFF THE MAINS AND THEN SWITCH IT BACK ON

power suppy needs replacing...according to samsung and other forums i read when mine did this its a common problem
